Katie has worked in operational and membership roles across the charity sector, including previously at feminist charity, Rape Crisis England & Wales. Katie is passionate about securing the rights of women and girls globally and believes in designing organisational systems which are rooted in feminist leadership in order to enable meaningful change.

Alongside her work at The Circle, she volunteers with the Abortion Support Network, supporting pregnant people across Europe to access reproductive healthcare.
