SISTERS: Curated by Annie Lennox at Wilderness Festival

We are delighted to announce that SISTERS: curated by Annie Lennox, is making a debut at Wilderness Festival this year in support of The Circle.

Bringing together a hand-picked lineup of special performers, including a performance by Annie Lennox herself, this is going to be an unforgettable afternoon.

This special show will also raise funds for The Circle via various festival donation campaigns and unite the Wilderness community in support of women’s rights.

Music, solidarity and collective action. Prepare for a unique festival first.

Sun 2nd Aug, 18:00 – 20:30, The Wilderness Stage

Also happening at the festival:

The Guilty Feminist x The Circle NGO – From ideals to action

How is the far-right weaponizing violence against women for its own gains and why is this so dangerous? Why is global feminism key to ensuring no woman gets left behind in the push for progress? And what role can male allies play?

Join The Guilty Feminist host and Circle Champion, Deborah Frances-White, for a special live podcast exploring what it takes to turn global feminist ideals into meaningful action.

Taking place as part of SISTERS: curated by Annie Lennox, a unique takeover of Wilderness in support of The Circle, Deborah is joined by the CEO of The Circle, Raakhi Shah, and Circle partner Sikh Women’s Aid’s Chair, Sukhvinder Kaur. Together, they will discuss what’s at stake and celebrate the organisations creating lasting change for women around the world.

Sun 2nd Aug, 15:05 – 15:50, The Atrium

Andi Oliver x The Circle – Long Table Banquet

This year, Wilderness favourite Andi Oliver returns to host the opening night banquet in partnership with The Circle, to support women and girls confronting gender-based violence and economic injustice across the world.

Award-winning TV Chef and Broadcaster Andi Oliver enjoys a rich & varied career, with food and music being at the forefront throughout. From judge to host on Great British Menu, to regular panel member on BBC Radio 4’s The Kitchen Cabinet and a contributor to Radio 4’s award-winning The Food Programme.

With a vibrant Caribbean-inspired menu that’s sure to delight everyone lucky enough to secure a seat, she will be joined by The Circle CEO, Raakhi Shah and The Circle Ambassador, Lucy Siegle to host a night in celebration of this exceptional organisation, with £5 from every seat booked being directly donated to their work supporting grassroots women-led organisations worldwide.

Thu 30th Jul, 18.30, Long Table Banquet, £95pp (pre-booking required)
