This international Women’s Day week, join our network of global feminists including The Circle Ambassadors, high profile supporters and grassroots partner organisations in support of our #MakeAStandfor1in3 campaign online.

Help us raise awareness of the shocking statistic that 1 in 3 women face violence in their lifetime and encourage funding for grassroots women’s rights organisations.

Here’s how to be part of the campaign, from Wednesday 6th March:

Share a photo of yourself and two other women in your life. This could be your mother, sister, partner, best mates or colleagues!
Craft your own caption to support @CircleNGO’s campaign, or feel free to use our suggested caption:
“This #IWD, I stand in solidarity and action with women worldwide facing violence. 1 in 3 face violence in their lifetime, yet funding for women’s rights remains dismally low. Join me in supporting @TheCircleNGO campaign #MakeAStandfor1in3 to call for vital funding for grassroots organisations to create longer-term change.”
