Hilary Waters is the Company Secretary on the Board. She brings a wealth of experience as an experienced commercial dispute lawyer specialising in tax. For over twenty years she has worked for large firms such as KPMG in senior positions. In her current role as a Partner at Sintons LLP, she advises and advocates on complex tax and contractual disputes as well as on commercial and regulatory matters.
